Position Overview: As a Store Leader at Glide Xpress Car Wash, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring exceptional customer service, operational efficiency, and team performance. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, safety, and environmental sustainability while fostering a positive work environment for our team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the car wash facility, including equipment maintenance, inventory management, and quality control procedures.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure a consistently exceptional customer experience by delivering friendly, efficient service, resolving customer inquiries or concerns, and maintaining a clean and inviting facility.

  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of car wash associates, providing coaching, feedback, and support to maximize performance and productivity.

  • Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to optimize workflow, minimize wait times, and maximize throughput while upholding quality standards and safety protocols.

  • Financial Management: Monitor and manage financial performance metrics, such as sales targets, labor costs, and expenses, to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including safety protocols, environmental regulations, and employee standards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue enhancement initiatives, and collaborate with the management team to implement effective solutions.

  • Community Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community, participating in marketing initiatives, community events, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in the automotive, retail, or service industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals and deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and point-of-sale (POS) systems, with the ability to learn new software applications as needed.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the needs of the business.
